- 3 Strength Workouts per Week45 minute strength sessions focused on full-body muscle building and definition, with options for gym or home.
- 3 Pilates Workouts per Week30 minute follow-along sessions that can be done from home or gym, with or without weights— sculpting to enhance core strength, posture, and recovery.

The Summer Body Sculpt Challenge is a 6-week program designed to help you build strength, sculpt lean muscle, and feel empowered in your body.
You’ll follow a balanced training split:
- 3 days/week of at-home Pilates-inspired workouts (minimal to no equipment)
- 3 days/week of strength training in the gym or at home (for building power and muscle tone)
- 1 active recovery or rest day to support recovery and mobility
This challenge was designed for all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or looking to level up your current routine.
For the Pilates workouts, all you need is:
- A mat
- Light weights (optional but recommended)
For the gym strength workouts, you’ll use standard gym equipment (dumbbells, barbells, machines). Each workout includes guided demos so you can feel confident navigating the gym floor.
Yes, all of the Pilates workouts are fully home-friendly. While the strength workouts have options for either at home or in the gym!
Each workout is approximately 30–45 minutes. With just 6 days of movement a week and one dedicated to active recovery (like a walk or light stretching), the challenge is designed to fit your schedule without overwhelming it.
