Hi, I’m BB, your newest WeRise Trainer. I help moms feel strong in their bodies again, reconnect with movement, and regain confidence after pregnancy. As a mom myself, I know how important it is to feel capable and supported in your body every day. My follow-along workouts are intentional, supportive, and designed for real life so you can move, lift, and live without hesitation.
