What levels is the challenge best for?

Senada's training method is adaptable for all  levels. The daily workouts use dumbbells, so weight can be adjusted to your strength level.

Do I need a gym membership to be able to do the challenge?

Not at all! The workouts are designed for training at home, in the gym or wherever you are.

How much time do I need to commit?

The WeRise in Strength & Wellness Challenge is just 45 days long with 30 minute workouts and 15 minute meditation daily. Making this  45 minute daily commitment to yourself is truly transformational.

What if I can’t commit to 45 days?
