Designed to help you refresh your routine, build consistency, and reset both body and mind, this 6-week challenge is your chance to commit to yourself and your goals. And for the first time ever, you can join our Premium experience and be coached by Senada through live workouts and our VIP community.

What to Expect:

6-week in-app training program starting Monday, September 8

  • Options for HOME Workouts: follow along with Senada in 30-minute sessions OR GYM Workouts: audio guidance for every exercise to perfect your form and technique in 45-minute sessions
  • Choose your workout split: train 3 to 6 days per week
  • Suitable for all levels with built-in modifications
  • Access Senada’s Reset Meal Plan

Two Ways to Join: Premium or Standard

We know every fitness journey looks different. That’s why the Reset Challenge offers two ways to participate:

  • Standard: Your 6-week program with follow-along and guided workouts, a community group chat to connect, customized meal plans and recipes, and full access to the WeRise app.
  • Premium: Everything that Standard offers, PLUS unlock the full experience with real-time workouts with Senada, her VIP community, accountability check-ins, and group calls.

Workouts Made for Every Schedule

Life gets busy, that’s why the Reset Challenge is built with flexibility in mind.

  • At-Home Sessions (30 minutes or less): Just grab a pair of dumbbells and follow along with Senada from anywhere.
  • Gym Sessions (45 minutes): Prefer the gym? Each workout comes with audio guidance so you can move through your session with confidence and focus.

No matter which option you choose, the challenge is designed to help you show up, stay consistent, and see results.
