A 6-week guided challenge that blends powerful strength training with intentional Pilates movements — designed to transform your body and routine in just 30-45 minutes a day.

Led by our expert WeRise trainers, Senada Greca, and also including our newest Pilates coach Corrina Dunne, this challenge is about more than workouts, it’s about creating a sustainable rhythm that supports strength, sculpting, and self-confidence.

✨ What’s Included

Each week, you’ll follow a workout split that is made up of:

  • 3 Strength sessions - 45-minutes each
    Build muscle, boost metabolism, and sculpt definition in your legs, arms, core, and glutes.

  • 3 Pilates sessions - 30-minutes each
    Lengthen, tone, and recover while improving posture, core stability, and mind-body connection.
