Workouts are designed to be efficient and realistic for busy schedules, ranging from 30 to 45 minutes per day.
You’ll follow a hybrid approach combining strength training to build muscle and Pilates to sculpt and define. This balance helps you build and tone muscle while improving overall strength and control.
Yes. This program uses simple, accessible equipment. For Pilates workouts, you’ll use a yoga block, light set of dumbbells, a resistance band, and a towel or sliders. For strength workouts, you can choose gym or at-home versions. At home, all you need is a mat and a set of dumbbells. If you don’t have access to any of this equipment, you can always do the workouts bodyweight only and focus on perfecting your form.
