How long is Senada’s Live VIP Strength & Accountability Bootcamp?

The bootcamp lasts 4 weeks, starting on March 2nd and ending on March 31st. During this time, you’ll get live workouts, coaching calls, and daily accountability with Senada.

What if I can’t make it to every live session?

All live calls and workouts will be recorded and shared so you can watch them on your own time. You’ll still have access to the guidance and education even if you can’t join live.

How much time do I need to commit each week?
