Premium Coaching is a more hands-on, guided experience. You’re part of a private community with direct access to Senada and her expert guidance. It’s built for women who want deeper support and structure.
The Premium Coaching experience will last 4 weeks, starting on March 2nd and ending on March 29th.
All live calls and workouts will be recorded and shared so you can watch them on your own time. You’ll still have access to the guidance and education even if you can’t join live.
Most workouts can be completed in about 45 minutes, and you can follow the structure in a way that fits your weekly routine. To get the full experience, please account for 2 hours a week to join the live calls and workouts with Senada.
While the training structure is thoughtfully designed for the group, we will provide modifications, guidance, and coaching so you can adapt the program to your fitness level. Whether you’re just getting started or ready to level up, you’ll feel supported.
