*How does the Premium Challenge work with my subscription?

Your App subscription will continue as usual, according to your billing cycle. The Premium Challenge experience is separate and will run from Sept. 8th for 6 weeks.

Who is this for?

Anyone ready to reset their routine, build strength, and stay consistent — whether you’re just starting out or want to take your training to the next level. We provide both home and gym workout options so you can follow the plan that works best for your lifestyle.

How much time do I need to invest each week?

Workouts are designed to be under 45 minutes, 4–6 days a week. Premium members will also have live calls and workouts, which add about 1–2 hours weekly.

Is there any money back guarantee?

WeRise programs are non-refundable, but we’re committed to your success.  If you join us and show up for yourself, you will see progress in your strength, consistency, and confidence. However, depending on your subscription we can cancel anytime if this doesn't feel like the right fit for you.

What happens if I miss a call?

All Premium calls and live workouts are recorded and uploaded so you can watch them anytime inside the discord group.

What if I miss a workout?

You can absolutely take this at your own pace. If you’re in Premium, try to stay on track, but if life, health, or schedule gets in the way, keep showing up for the calls and engaging with the group. You can always pick up where you left off, progress is still progress.

Do I get to speak to Senada?

Premium members will have direct access to Senada during group calls, live workouts, and inside Senada's VIP Community. Standard members won’t have live interaction but will follow her exact training plan inside the WeRise app.

Can I just do the challenge in the App?

Yes! You can join the Reset Challenge right in the WeRise App.

Can I download workouts to use without internet or service?
