Senada’s Live VIP Strength & Accountability Bootcamp is a 4-week, hands-on training experience where you get live workouts, coaching calls, and direct access to Senada in a private group. It’s designed for women who want real accountability, guidance, and results, not just a program. You’ll be challenged, supported, and held to a higher standard so you can see progress faster.
The bootcamp lasts 4 weeks, starting on March 2nd and ending on March 31st. During this time, you’ll get live workouts, coaching calls, and daily accountability with Senada.
All live calls and workouts will be recorded and shared so you can watch them on your own time. You’ll still have access to the guidance and education even if you can’t join live.
Most workouts can be completed in about 45 minutes, and you can follow the structure in a way that fits your weekly routine. To get the full experience, please account for 2 hours a week to join the live calls and workouts with Senada.
