Harvest Bowl with Apple Chicken Sausage

Serving Size: 1 bowl (1/4 recipe)

Ingredients:

1 lb shredded Brussels sprouts

1 lb cubed sweet potatoes

1 lb natural apple chicken sausage (precooked, sliced)

2 small red apples (or 1 large), diced

1 cup walnuts, chopped

Olive oil or avocado oil drizzle

Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes, cinnamon

Optional Hot Oil Dressing:

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp chili oil

1 tsp water

Instructions:

Roast Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and sausage with oil and seasonings at 375°F for

30 minutes. Toss apples and walnuts with oil + cinnamon, add to tray, and roast for an

additional 10–15 minutes. Mix honey, chili oil, and water for an optional drizzle before serving.
