Each phase will be reflected in your calendar, along with educational insights and training tips so you can move, rest, and nourish your body in alignment with what it needs most.
Here’s how it works:

- Ovulatory Phase: Hormones peak. You feel strong, confident, and more social, with energy for high-intensity movement. Go for those sweaty HIIT sessions and challenge yourself to lift heavier.
- Luteal Phase: Progesterone rises. Energy gradually tapers, you may feel calmer or moodier, and a steady routine will be beneficial. Switch to steady-state workouts and less strenuous cardio.
