Dr. Gina completed her PhD at Bondi University and is one of only 5 people in the world who hold a PhD in Habits. She is a much published Habits expert, with a recently released book, The Habit Revolution, designed as a practical guide to breaking bad habits, and changing your life through the power of good habits.
Dr. Gina is a Director of the Habit Change Institute, and runs courses teaching people how to create healthy habits. She also trains professionals to become habits coaches themselves. She makes regular media appearances, on television, podcasts and in different news and media publications.
Dr. Gina’s course in WeRise focuses on educating members on how to break bad habits, and create and maintain positive new habits.
