Hi, I’m Lydie, your WeRise Power Pilates instructor. I help women sculpt and lengthen their muscles, improve alignment, and move with intention through form-focused Pilates.
My approach is all about precision over speed. Learning how to properly engage your core, support your posture, and get the most out of every movement.
