Hi, I’m BB, your WeRise Pre & Postnatal fitness trainer and mom. I help women rebuild their core, pelvic floor, strength, and confidence through safe, intentional training.

My approach is simple: no pressure, no “bounce back.” Just focused, supportive movement that meets you where you are and builds you back up, step by step.

Every workout is designed for real life, so you can move better, feel stronger, and trust your body again.
